For all Invitations and stationary within the Wedding Collection, you will be provided a FREE electronic proof that you must approve before your order is printed. Your cards will be printed exactly as your proof appears unless you request changes or error corrections. If Avonlea Cards fails to make changes or error corrections that you advise us of after your review of the proof or in any way alters your proof prior to printing, your order will be reprinted and shipped via the same method you initially paid for within 2 business days of notification and at no cost to you. If there is a typo or other error or omission that you did not catch in the proofing process, you can choose to have your order reprinted at a 10% discount off original prices. Shipping & Handling charges cannot be waived or discounted for orders reprinted due to client error.
If a printing error is made on Avonlea Cards behalf in transferring the text you provide for an item that does not receive a proof, such as Note Cards, we will reprint and ship at no cost to you. If you provided incorrect or incomplete information, we will reprint at a 10% discount off retail prices with regular shipping & handling charges applied.
If Avonlea Cards has made the error, we may, at our expense and discretion, send a prepaid return label for you to mail back the original order. If the error was on your part, we reserve the right to request that you return the original order at your expense.
Returns of personalized and custom work are not accepted.
For blank invitation and non-personalized stationery, we accept returns
or exchanges up to 30 days from date the original order was placed.
